Strategic Partnership with Deutsche Post Com for Signature Solutions

Electronic signatures will radically alter business practices in the near future. The use of electronic waste management records and accompanying documents for waste transport with qualified electronic signature for signing is already legally possible in waste management today. From 2010, it will be mandatory to replace paper documents. With the eANVportal® product family from FRITZ & MACZIOL, specially developed for waste management in accordance with provisions stipulated by the German Ministry for the Environment, the technology needed has already been realised in practice. FRITZ & MACZIOL and Deutsche Post Com have just agreed an exclusive partnership on electronic signatures. With the product “SIGNTRUST CARD”, Deutsche Post Com is offering a signature card that has already been used successfully for years in electronic emissions trading.
As part of the agreement, the two companies are developing a distribution concept for signature solutions together, which is quick and easy to install and connects automatically to the eANVportal®.
Deutsche Post Com is making an online application specially available for FRITZ&MACZIOL and is producing signature cards for this purpose in the eANVportal ® design.
